underwater love feat. my first trumpet - autonarkose

A Sea Biscuit's Life from Bruno Vellutini on Vimeo.

Cute! Nice! This little video was filmed and cut by Bruno Vellutini aka Nelas who also did the artwork for my “Underwater Is A Place To Be Alone” mixtape… I think it’s pretty awesome to see how seamless scientific information, music and these wonderful video recordings go together. Downright affecting. And a good excuse to dig out the My First Trumpet album “Frerk” once again!

he can jog - palms

adcBicycle is Matt Chisholm from Ottawa, Canada. Matt had an EP on Kikapu (RIP) back in 2006 which was on heavy rotation in my player. After finishing his new album one year later, Matt decided not to release it. He got in contact with a bunch of artists he is friends with or fan of, asking them to revisionize his tunes. We are proud to publish this versatile compilation album of boundless and blissful Pop music!

philipp weigl - 21st of june

This is a short and spontaneous impression inspired by this music.

It is november. The sun is faint and isn't on our side anymore. The days are short as our steps getting shorter guessing the lurking coldness. Gaffes are unvaluable. However, we take the venture to step forward despite the imminent consequences. The curiosity wins again. Untouched, braving the arbitrariety its leads us on it's uncertain path. With rushing speed, passing the time, you fall into the space sometimes. It annihilates us, energy getting released. As free as it adopts the spectrum of light and endoves us the wamrth of its light that is missing within the coldness. What a pleasure but also so unfamiliar, strange at least. We hold it, we keep it, bevor of being a stranger is crunching us to dust. Dust that is so finely granulated that the wind won't able to blow it away in any direction.

entertainment for the braindead - hydrophobia

“Hydrophobia” is full of colourful sounds and melodies. Ukulele, guitar and flute are ever-present instruments, just like Julias wonderful voice and her unconventional percussion that consists of jars, cans, boxes, drawers and peppermills. Her intimate songs are detailed snapshots of thoughts and feelings - sometimes filtered and reflected, sometimes pure and transparent.
